What is “Fika?”
Fika is a typical Swedish tradition where you take time out of your day to pause and enjoy a hot drink and a snack. Fika is a ritual that’s important in Swedish culture, giving yourself a moment to have a break and socialize. This is what we do on the first Wednesday of each month.
For 2024, this is the schedule:
November 6th
December 4th
We meet and discuss our marvelous Swedish machines made by Volvo, all while sipping our favorite hot beverage. Location: Lake Forest Park shopping center. Time: 10:00am – Noon. In the Winter months we meet in doors in the hall next to Third Place Books.
If the weather is cooperating, you’ll find our Volvos parked in the North end of the parking lot. Address: 17171 Bothell Way NE Suite A133, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155
